Mary Beth Chalk has over 20 years of broad healthcare stakeholder experience in mental/behavioral health, pharmaceuticals, self-insured employer benefits, hospital systems, pharmacy benefit management and physician practice groups. Her work has included creating business strategy and business model innovation, designing new health behavior services and programs, creating and leveraging business alliances, visualizing and implementing data-driven decision support systems, establishing next generation products and services, ensuring customer retention, and achieving operational innovation and efficiencies. She has developed and led projects in the self-insured, Medicaid and Medicare environments.
