Liddy Manson is a 20-year veteran of the technology industry and an emerging voice on Caregiving in America. She has been President of BeClose for 2 years, and blogs regularly on The Huffington Post and other leading publications. Before joining BeClose, she served as CEO of DigitalSports, a web service providing detailed information and coverage of high school sports throughout the country. Prior to DigitalSports, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of Freewebs Inc., an early-stage Internet company focused on user-generated content and social publishing. From 1997-2006, Liddy was Vice President and General Manager of Commerce at Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive, the online subsidiary of The Washington Post company. Liddy holds an MBA and Certificate in Public Management from Stanford University and a BA in Music from Yale University. She lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband and three children.
