Mr. Urbaniak is a Commercial Operations executive with demonstrated leadership in driving innovative, customer centric approaches that result in tangible business results. He currently holds the position of U.S. Diabetes business unit Head within the Pharmaceutical Operations. Previously at Sanofi-Aventis Dennis was Vice President of Innovation and New Customer Channels, where he was responsible for the leadership of a centralized innovation team, new products phase I - III marketing group, and life cycle management organization. Areas of focus included developing new selling models, new service models, creating customer dialogue, determining long term strategic planning for pipeline management, life cycle strategies to drive new revenue growth, and corporate change management. Dennis also serves as a member to the US Executive Management Committee.
