2013 Connected Health Symposium Registration

 

The Symposium begins on Thursday, October 24 (onsite registration and breakfast at 7 am) and closes on Friday, October 25 at 4 pm. Symposium registration provides access to all content sessions, exhibit areas, networking opportunities and all scheduled meals and refreshments.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before September 30. We will make a full refund less $150 administrative and processing fee. Alternatively, to avoid an administrative and processing charge, you may appoint a designee to attend on your behalf. Please send your request to jternullo@partners.org.
